“Tasty full English breakfast. Staff friendly and accommodating. Lovely pub, surrounded by the remains of a Roman town, which we did not realise until we got there. My only complaint is my mattress could have been more comfortable but this could easily be resolved with a quality mattress topper. Thank you for making us feel welcome.”

“The location is excellent for the ICC and a reasonable price for very clean, comfortable accommodation. I've stayed twice & the staff have always been very welcoming and helpful. I had all the facilities I needed and the breakfast is excellent. This is walking distance to the ICC but allow about 20 mins - it's only about 10mins walking distance but due to the large motorway and roundabout you must use six crossings so may have to wait for the signal change. This really didn't detract from the accommodation and I will return for the next conference trip. ”

“A lot of noise from the room above you can hear people walking around above. We were awaken by someone showering at 6:00 am the water noise is very bad. Also the bare wooden floors are quite cold in the winter and no slippers are provided. This is not acceptable for a £*** a night hotel claiming to offer Luxury”

“The room was MASSIVE and come with a HUGE bed, dining table and a sofa! The colour schemes were unusual but so so rich which give the room ELEGANCE! The bathroom was also GORGEOUS! Check in was simple, easy with extremely friendly staff ”

“Very happy staying here. My second visit. Breakfast was included in the price and was nice including veggie sausages. Bed was comfortable and felt like new sheets. Lovely shower products in bathroom - everything in good condition - close to NCP car park (high street) and railway station. Will stay again.”
