“This was a convenient stay for the ICC although immediate surroundings (industrial estate) not inspiring. Hotel itself was very comfortable, nice clean large room, very comfortable bed. Breakfast reasonable although a bit lacking in fresh fruit options and scrambled eggs had stood a long while. The hotel restaurant was in a separate building and served slightly soulless American inspired food.”

“The location is excellent for the ICC and a reasonable price for very clean, comfortable accommodation. I've stayed twice & the staff have always been very welcoming and helpful. I had all the facilities I needed and the breakfast is excellent. This is walking distance to the ICC but allow about 20 mins - it's only about 10mins walking distance but due to the large motorway and roundabout you must use six crossings so may have to wait for the signal change. This really didn't detract from the accommodation and I will return for the next conference trip. ”

“A lot of noise from the room above you can hear people walking around above. We were awaken by someone showering at 6:00 am the water noise is very bad. Also the bare wooden floors are quite cold in the winter and no slippers are provided. This is not acceptable for a £*** a night hotel claiming to offer Luxury”

“The room was MASSIVE and come with a HUGE bed, dining table and a sofa! The colour schemes were unusual but so so rich which give the room ELEGANCE! The bathroom was also GORGEOUS! Check in was simple, easy with extremely friendly staff ”
