A lot of noise from the room above you can hear people walking around above. We were awaken by someone showering at 6:00 am the water noise is very bad. Also the bare wooden floors are quite cold in the winter and no slippers are provided. This is not acceptable for a £*** a night hotel claiming to offer Luxury

If your in a hurry then skip breakfast!

The only complaint that I have about this hotel is the lengthy time you have to wait for breakfast. There is no buffet and breakfast is cooked to order. I waited 20 mins and 30 mins on 2 days respectively for poached egg etc on toast…. However the food is very good to taste!

A beautiful place

This is my second stay and as alway’s a very comfortable stay, the staff are so friendly and the hotel is very clean if there was one thing that I would change is the checking in procedure? There are two staff there with you when you have to put information in on a self check in tablet. Not the personal touch at all.

Lovely romantic escape

Everything was wonderful, the room, the food, the service. Couldn't fault any of it!
