“Hotel in central location. Easy walk to all events. Hotel is older and area is by local pubs and restaurants. Might be a little noisy so for those that want quite so ask for a non window room. Staff was very kind and helpful and as a solo female travel good to have them tell you what to avoid at night. I would stay again. ”

“Our room was in a good location, the staff was nice and the facility was clean. I was a little disappointed with the television reception but other than that very happy overall.”

“Breakfast spread was good. The chair in my room, had one pill on it. Maybe from the last guest. Need more lights in the room. Maybe a fridge too. Bath tub could be bigger. Shower space is narrow. But the room and bathroom is spacious all in all. ”

“A tucked away gem of a hotel. The staff are so kind attentive without being intrusive and the grounds are beautiful. We loved the orangery bar in the garden and the breakfast served to the table instead of a dreaded buffet was excellent. The bistro is also excellent. Top quality experience for my husbands birthday . We stayed 2 nights.”

“The bathroom would make a weird loud noise when flushed, so we couldnt flush during the night. Weirdly the bed is a double size, so its very small compared to other 4 star hotels, or even lower cost hotels. The pillow were also unfortunately terrible, so so squishy that it felt like laying on nothing. Other than that, the decoration is lovely and the location helps on choosing for the next time.”
