“The hotel room was nice and comfortable. My friend and I had a stay here. The hotel staff were very supportive and kind”

“The hotel incorrectly displayed the check-in time on Agoda as 2pm instead of 4pm, resulting in wandering the streets for two hours. Mistakes happen, but the first receptionist handled it poorly: they made no effort to offer a different room and didn't seem to acknowledge the hotel's responsibility. Thankfully, Maria, the second receptionist, was fantastic and swiftly turned the negative experience into a positive one.”

“I really enjoyed my stay and was pleased that the hotel was within walking distance of the forty footer pool.”
