“The hotel was good and seemed clean. My friend woke up with what looked like bed bug bites based on her past experience and internet pictures/info. She had red swollen pimple like markings on face, neck, stomach, arms legs. She complained and was told she had to have evidence through a med cert. They didn't even ask if she was alright or helped her see a doctor. The staff pushed breakfast voucher and dinner voucher. The manager didn't even face her. My friend is getting blood tests and pursuing this case. ”
