The hotel incorrectly displayed the check-in time on Agoda as 2pm instead of 4pm, resulting in wandering the streets for two hours. Mistakes happen, but the first receptionist handled it poorly: they made no effort to offer a different room and didn't seem to acknowledge the hotel's responsibility. Thankfully, Maria, the second receptionist, was fantastic and swiftly turned the negative experience into a positive one.

Stayed for one night for a birthday night away and booked the executive bedroom based on the photos however when we arrived the room was dated. The balcony looked out to the plant deck which when we booked we expected a balcony would look over the marina. I called to ask if we could pay to upgrade to a suite and the girl said they were fully booked ( I find hard to believe as it was a Monday night and the hotel didn’t seem overly busy in the lobby or bar area) she didn’t ask why or suggest another room she just simply said they’re booked. Very disappointed with the experience and the room. Have stayed in the hotels other premises previously and rated it highly but this stay was average

I think it’s a very nice hotel, luxury, but traditional… However, our room doesn’t have a bathtub and a hair dryer. For asian people, it is a little bit uncomfortable. But it was not the problem. Thank you so much.☺️ とても良いホテルでした！ バスタブがないこととドライヤーがなかったことは悲しかったですがゆっくりできました🤭

This is an old classic. Rooms are okay but no charging for iPhones. Hotel suggest that you purchase a converter from them.

Excellent location, lovely hotel and staff. Highly recommend it
