“The staff was wonderful and the room was awesome. It's s beautiful building with a great big room and a lovely big bed. The only drawback was that it's too far to walk to the city centre -- but you gotta pay a lot more to do that. ”

“Came here for a wedding. Hotel is very well equipped for this type of event. Staff friendly and efficient and the quality of food was very good for large scale catering”

“Not bad”

“We want to thank John for his attentive care and Stacey for her quick responses. Very handy for downtown on the 207 bus. Returns you right across the street. ”

“Susan and Dennis are amazing hosts and a truly good experience. ”

“Overall really enjoyed our stay. For the money, though, I did not expect no one to answer calls to the front desk between day hours (eventually did sometimes). Also, we got lost locating our apartment and asked a staff member walking by as we dragged our own luggage and they replied ‘I just cook, go to the front desk’. Every staff member imo should have some basic training on where things at the hotel. Outside of that we thought everything else was excellent.”

“I was very disappointed because the room is different from what I booked. Its not a true double bed... it is just two single beds together.. . Besides that, it is okay in general.”
