“A tucked away gem of a hotel. The staff are so kind attentive without being intrusive and the grounds are beautiful. We loved the orangery bar in the garden and the breakfast served to the table instead of a dreaded buffet was excellent. The bistro is also excellent. Top quality experience for my husbands birthday . We stayed 2 nights.”

“Really nice hotel, staff friendly and accommodating. There is an excellent breakfast, with all the usual buffet style foods and a menu to order other dishes such as pancakes, french toast etc. Gorgeous river views from the breakfast room and outside seating if you wish to sit outside. Didn't have time to try the spa but spent an hour in the health club, relax small heated outdoor pool/Jacuzzi also overlooking river was very nice. The hotel has bikes if you want to cycle along the scenic river path or further afield which is a nice touch. The only downside is that is a bit far out from the city center but others may like that as it's in a nice quiet area.”
