Stayed in the Kingsley for one night. Staff and staff attendance was excellent but I must admit I found the bedroom disappointing and rather dark. The bathrooms are large with a bathtub, shower & toilet. Overall I would stay again but would respectfully suggest that management consider redoing the bedrooms especially on the dark side of the hotel that do not get the evening sun. Bright neutral colours would make a big difference to the ambiance of the rooms.

Nice place to stay around 30 minute walk into town, option of walking by the river and through the park part of the way or directly into town following the main road, buses or taxi your other options. Food and drink options were fine in the hotel, rooms were comfortable and clean, bonus being able to select your type of pillow and duvet. Overall would use again.

Loved our stay here. Staff very friendly and helpful. Outdoor pool and facilities were fabulous. Breakfast couldn’t be faulted. We will definitely be booking and coming back.

One of the nicer hotels I have stayed in for a while. Room had everything we needed and was clean. The location next to the river was lovely. Pool was good but not the best for kids. Breakfast was very good. Staff are lovely and service is very good.

Love this hotel. The pool area is fantastic especially the heated outside pool. Hotel very relaxing and bus only 2 minutes walk from hotel and 20 minutes in bus to city centrel. Perfect location. There twice now and most definitely will be back.
