“5 Stars for The Yorkshire hotel, couldn't fault anything with this hotel. In comparison to price to other "big box" hotels, the Yorkshire Hotel was excellent. Having previously stayed in Harrogate before, this hotel will be the first I go back to. Bar and restaurant service/food/drink was excellent . Breakfast was fantastic with quality service and food. ”

“On arrival the very nice lady told us we didn’t need to pay £15 per night So we went and got our luggage from our car came back up to be told put your reg number in this I pad then wax gold by another lady you have to pay £30 for your two night stay. Lack of communication also milk instead at the bar was gone off. Was told the lift was not in use because the staff was using ig to transport guests luggage I said we are paying guests to so rude other than that great ”

“Late booking so over the moon re room and facilities. Though annoyed about a couple of factors: When we went for the lift it was out of order to the 5th floor, so you had to get off the working lift on the 4th floor and walk up a flight of stairs to the 5th? No member of staff asked if that would have been a problem and they obviously presumed it was fine. Secondly we went to the in house bar and grill, which to be fair wasn’t very good. Firstly they didn’t bring all the drinks we ordered, the rice and curry was quite cold and then they attempted to put on their 12.5% Service Charge which was in the smallest print at the bottom of the menu after already adding VAT, all in all that would’ve cost me and extra £18 to my bill 😡 This is not abroad, if the service and meal is enjoyable they will get a tip which I will decide on.”
