“5 Stars for The Yorkshire hotel, couldn't fault anything with this hotel. In comparison to price to other "big box" hotels, the Yorkshire Hotel was excellent. Having previously stayed in Harrogate before, this hotel will be the first I go back to. Bar and restaurant service/food/drink was excellent . Breakfast was fantastic with quality service and food. ”

“Stayed here to celebrate an anniversary, we booked a room with a 4 poster in the hope that it would be better than a standard room. ……… I don’t believe it was ! The room had a small single glazed window so was quite dark. It was at the the back of the hotel and the view wasn’t pleasant. We were also woken at 6am bu the sound of breaking glass , the large bottle bins were being emptied !! ”

“It’s a nice hotel, bog standard Crowne plaza as in other regions we have stayed. The basic necessities of a hotel in this day and age is a good nights sleep, a clean room, and good bathroom facilities, unfortunately the showers in these rooms have very poor water pressure and just a shower head over the bath. During a shower I was basically leaning in and resting my head on the tiled wall just to get under the shower which had very poor pressure surely in this day and age most bathrooms would have a walk in shower with a rain shower overhead. This totally let our stay down and made for a disappointing weekend break. I can book cheaper hotels in the area with a much more powerful shower and washing facilities. Please sort this out Crowne plaza it’s a shame a nice hotel should fail on a very simple problem.”

“Weekend break to meet family Staff friendly on arrival Room lovely Surroundings are special Breakfast has a wide variety and cooked food Trying to be more environmentally friendly so if you don’t need housekeeping the 2nd day a free drink in bar for both guests A winner 😁 Really enjoyed our stay”

“Stopped in Room 169. It was a big small double if that makes sense however the cooridior smelt like drains. Staff were lovely and breakfast was also good. Fresh fruit cereal and even poached eggs at request. When I checked in a customer was at reception having ago at a young girl because of the car park being full. Can not fault the staff here she dealt with it so well I'd have told him to get lost. ”
