“The location is ideal for ice skating and is near an international center. There are offers available for breakfast, including an English breakfast, cereal, basic fruit choices, tea, and coffee. Some of the staff were very helpful and went above and beyond for their customers. However, it was evident that some female staff members did not enjoy their customer service roles, which affected the experience for some guests. Cleanliness was of a high standard and we also appreciated that we could hear hardly any noise at this hotel. Overall we were made to feel welcome at this ”

“My wife and I stayed for one night to visit Telford and Ironbridge. Lovely place. Large, secure carpark. The hosts were very friendly and helpful . Situated close to a bus stop with a regular service into Telford town centre. The room was clean and spacious and we had the most fantastic breakfast. Excellent value for money. ”
