A little tired abs dated and only hand soap in the shower the hotel is perfect for the international centre and shopping centre in Telford Asked for an accessible room it was difficult to navigate solo, a step into the shower which was a nightmare to use made it hard However the staff were excellent and so helpful. Breakfast is limited bacon, cold boiled eggs and beans. With Toast. The coffee machine is excellent in the breakfast bar which was in a recess impossible on a scooter - but the staff were on hand to help. Price wise it’s ok. The dark wokd in the room felt dated but it was very clean. Room service did not do my room but I think the do not disturb sign had fallen off the hard to exit sprung doors. Reception (young lady) brilliant helped me with my bags and lift which felt small. Would I stay again there - probably not. Due to my disability and I imagine the hotel was fully booked due to the large event. If you want cheap cheerful 3 star this is perfect:

I booked in here well in advance of my stay and it was the most cost effective option, I wasn't expecting to much but on arrival I was pleasantly surprised as the hotel it very clean and well presented, reception is staffed 24/7 and I also had breakfast in the price. My room was spacious and clean, free WiFi and I got 2 good nights sleep. I'll definitely use it again when I return to the area.

I chose this hotel because it was near Telford International Centre. The hotel is more business like than family oriented. For me fine. Very quiet as most people seem to go next door to the sister hotel, the Holiday Inn. But, clean, spacious, super location, car parking and lovely friendly staff. Basic breakfast ,again everything is cooked at the sister hotel so uou can't get anything other than what's there.

Nothing really to complain about other than there not being anything fun to do like a pool table to use in the communal areas, just a place to sit and use your laptop etc. Quite an old fashioned decor in the hotel, could use some modernising. Also the hotels location is a bit of a walk away from the town centre, not far but not exactly on your doorstep. Overall 8/10 for the price paid. Would stay again if needed.

Good value hotel, comfortable and clean accommodation, air conditioning in room was ineffective, it generates lots of noise but no cold air! Continental breakfast was a bit disappointing and not laid out in the most efficient manner to enable easy use. Overall good value for money
