The dark wokd in the room felt dated but it was very clean. Room service did not do my room but I think the do not disturb sign had fallen off the hard to exit sprung doors. Reception (young lady) brilliant helped me with my bags and lift which felt small. Would I stay again there - probably not. Due to my disability and I imagine the hotel was fully booked due to the large event. If you want cheap cheerful 3 star this is perfect: ”

“The location is ideal for ice skating and is near an international center. There are offers available for breakfast, including an English breakfast, cereal, basic fruit choices, tea, and coffee. Some of the staff were very helpful and went above and beyond for their customers. However, it was evident that some female staff members did not enjoy their customer service roles, which affected the experience for some guests. Cleanliness was of a high standard and we also appreciated that we could hear hardly any noise at this hotel. Overall we were made to feel welcome at this ”
