The location is ideal for ice skating and is near an international center. There are offers available for breakfast, including an English breakfast, cereal, basic fruit choices, tea, and coffee. Some of the staff were very helpful and went above and beyond for their customers. However, it was evident that some female staff members did not enjoy their customer service roles, which affected the experience for some guests. Cleanliness was of a high standard and we also appreciated that we could hear hardly any noise at this hotel. Overall we were made to feel welcome at this

We booked a last minute Easter getaway due to the weather being so bad we had to cancel our camping trip. The hotel was idealy situated for the town centre and the town park. The pool was being refurbished but we used the sister hotel pool which was very good. We didn't have food or drink at tge hotel but we enjoyed our stay .

We had a couple of nights stay at the Ramada hotel, which was a perfect base camp for our visit to Ironbridge and the surrounding area. Room, clean and functional but the shower could be improved with improved pressure, but it was hot. Did get woken up by a strange noise like pipe rattling in the ceiling on the first morning, but no noise second morning, strange. Didn't use all the facilities but did go down to swimming pool which was good, but would have been nice to be warned of the swimming lessons that take place on a Sunday morning. Would stay again if the price was right.

Picked to attend an event near by. Reception and grounds were clean and presentable. Reception was welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. All made for a pleasant stay.

Stayed in 1 bedoom suite. Room was extremely large with very large living /dining room, separate walk in wardrobe, very large bathroom with roll top bath and separate walk in shower and dual sinks. Amazing value for money. Issue with hot water however (cold/lukewarm and also spluttering as cmae out of tap) on night 1 which I report and was told maintenance would sort whilst I was out on day 2 but was unresolved when I return on night 2. I reported it and was told maintenance would come up to rorom which I assumed meant straight away but took about an hour for them to arrive , they were there for about half and hour and said it was resolved. Even after they left however the water was cold/lukewarm and I had to run the tap for about 5 minutes before any hot water came out. Reduced what would have probably been a 5* stay to 4*. Breakfast - quality was middle of the road not enough to push rating up or down. However despite restaurant being quiet - say only 2-3 tables out of 30+ tables being occupied on both mornings of my stay there were dirty dishes lon a number of the tables and/or no cutlery on the empty tables so for example you had to get the clean set of cultery from a table where there were dirty dishes and one set of the two on that table had been used and move to a clean table with no cutlery. Given value and size and quality of the room will stay here again for work nevertheless.
