“This hotel is the best we have been to in the recent years. It offers a beautiful location overlooking Loch Fyne, a fantastic restaurant with well executed refined dishes at a reasonable price for the quality they offer, a friendly staff very welcoming and making you feel at home, a clean spa with a jacuzzi with a view of the mountains. The hotel is very dog friendly and you feel welcome with your dog in every area. Little improvements could be adding water and a fridge in the room that for a 4 star hotel are expected, expanding the car park at the back so that the 4 car spaces outside the spa can be removed. ”

“We loved our 3 night stay here visiting old friends nearby in Cairndow. We were lucky enough the first evening to sit out front with a perfect view of Loch Fyne and watch the local pipe band tune up and play up the street. Always a smiling friendly face to greet us in the morning and when we arrive back in the evening. Our room was large an sparkling clean along with the well appointed bathroom, although it took awhile to find the hair-dryer in the chest of drawers! We had a meal one nights and it was wholesome, tasty and filling. But the breakfasts were an absolute highlight! We'll definitely be back to stay next time venture to the beautiful West Coast of Argyll!”
