Special mentions must be made for James, the manager, whose leadership sets the tone for the entire team, and Priscilia and Naomi on reception, who greet us with warmth and efficiency every time.In the hospitality department, Connor, Troy, Vera, and Hollie have consistently impressed us with their professionalism and dedication to ensuring our needs are met promptly and with a smile.When it comes to room service, Deb, Louise, and Claire have been outstanding in ensuring our accommodations are pristine and our requests are fulfilled promptly and with care.Overall, the level of service provided by the staff at Woodbury Park is truly first class. “As Club company members, we are entitled to 15% discount. Yet cheapest offer from them for 5 nights was *** (which included dinner) - we got it online for *** B&B. Although we were booked into dinner first night, they refused to serve us as one of the chefs was ill. Other dinners cheap, but hardly fine dining. Rooms very small with heavy winter duvets and no air con. At breakfast everything was gone by 8.30 every day and we had to wait until new servings cooked. Sausages bland white, pastries mostly overcooked, poached eggs like rocks etc. All run by kids with insufficient training.”

“Great customer service from the staff — during the heatwave they set us up with a fan and even had it running in our room ready for when we got back, which was such a nice touch. We'd also forgotten toothpaste and they sorted us out with a dental kit, no fuss at all. Really thoughtful and attentive team. Only downside was the room itself — it got really hot in the warm weather, and the decor is looking a bit tired and could do with an update. Air con and a refresh would go a long way. Would still recommend for the staff alone, and we'd likely stay again.”
