“Asked for a quiet room. Was given a room directly above the front door so was kept awake till 1am by rowdy drunks coming and going gathering outside the door smoking. The room was stupidly hot, even with the window open...which is like a mesh cage. Paid fir breakfast but couldn't have it because I had a flight to catch and they don't open it until 7.30 on weekends. Receptionist told me when I checked in if thetecwas food out to help myself...the ladies in the morning were not so accommodating bit I was eventually able to have a bowl of wheetabix...for the price of the full buffet breakfast. Oh, and as other reviews note, the pillows are ridiculous...oversized and so fat its hard to breathe if you arent a back sleeper. The drink station on each floor is a nice touch and the hotel is nice to look at. ”
