Woodbury Park has become our go-to destination for accommodation, and for good reason. Having stayed here multiple times, including an extended three-week period, we've consistently experienced nothing short of exceptional service across all areas of the hotel.From the moment we step through the doors, the staff at Woodbury Park go above and beyond to ensure our stay is comfortable and memorable. Special mentions must be made for James, the manager, whose leadership sets the tone for the entire team, and Priscilia and Naomi on reception, who greet us with warmth and efficiency every time.In the hospitality department, Connor, Troy, Vera, and Hollie have consistently impressed us with their professionalism and dedication to ensuring our needs are met promptly and with a smile.When it comes to room service, Deb, Louise, and Claire have been outstanding in ensuring our accommodations are pristine and our requests are fulfilled promptly and with care.Overall, the level of service provided by the staff at Woodbury Park is truly first class. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile have made each of our stays here an absolute pleasure. We look forward to returning time and time again.

We both enjoyed our stay at Woodbury Park- using the gym and spa facilities each day. The staff on reception were really helpful and friendly as were the people who worked in the Club House where we had breakfast every morning. Although parts of the decor are a bit tired the bedding and towels etc were spotless and the room was clean. We would definitely return in the future.

The location is great if you want to be close to the sea but also in the forest, offering a peaceful and picturesque setting. The staff were friendly. The facilities are a bit run down, but the atmosphere is charming. The heating in our room was not working properly as the radiator was not maintained properly, so it wasn't heating up. For a four star hotel I expected to have available toiletries and slippers.

Lovely hotel beautiful location very quiet.Breakfast could be better small choice and continually running out of items. No fried eggs and tough skins on sausages. And only orange juice on offer. At £16 per person overpriced. Rooms good spacious and clean with modern decor.

Had a lovely stay, used the hotel as a base to explore, having stayed before and the food not being great we ate out, hotel is close to several towns and villages. Lovely clean pool and spa area. Would recommend
