“It is a nice hotel to stay especially for those whose need to go around the area in Primefour park. But guest stay convinience still need to improve as not to put so many cleaning chart on the corridors, providing basic utilities for staying, etc.”

“Booked in for one night Room was lovely Meal in restaurant was terrible Partner ordered coconut prawns and said they tasted like dirty deep fat fryer and looked straight out of a brake brothers bag. Ordered two fillet steaks a seasonal greens and fries and a couple of sauces. Told by the waitress that the seasonal greens Is just cabbage. She did ask the chef if there was another type of green they could put in and we ended up with green beans and frozen peas but no cabbage. Both steaks were very over cooked and the waitress obviously noticed it and gave us a complimentary desserts which was nice they noticed but a bit of an empty gesture on an expensive item. Overpriced for the quality received and service charge already on the bill”

“We booked a room for one night so we didn’t have to drive when going out for a meal. Even though I turned up scruffy in my work clothes the staff made us feel special. Sorted us a taxi for when we were ready, sent ice bucket and glasses to the room, opened doors for us. Yes it was not the cheapest room for the night but it does WOW. Treat yourself or someone special I would definitely go back. ”
