“Had a lovely short break really enjoyed our stay , lots of sunshine & facilities are very good, close to everything , recommend walking the second set of steps closet to the busy bee restaurant then the hill rather than first set can be quite tiring after a few drinks…. ”

“The hotel is in a pretty quiet location on a cliff top overlooking Amadores beach. Pretty much all rooms have great views. Ours overlooked the beach and we really liked everything about it. The food is decent and plentiful and we always found something that suited us. The Grill buffet night was not really anything special. The main restaurant has more choice. The entertainment team worked hard during the day, however the evening entertainment wasn't great. The 2 female singers The Blossom Ladies were the highlight of the week. The magician act was terrible. The staff members we encountered that were a stand out were Diego and Santiago. The hotel really needs to pay for new pool tables as they are in a state of disrepair. The hotel is really clean and we always managed to get a sunbed. The lifts take ages at busy times which is really annoying. We would definitely return in the future.”

“We went here 10 days. We had a good time but this hotel is not 5 star worthy. We had the 1 bedroom suite. The room was pretty worn out in terms of furniture and overall cleaning. Airco had a mold smell and the refrigerator smelled like something had died in there. The amount of space was nice though. Bed much too soft. Never had a bed this soft. Why do you have ‘do not disturb’ cards ? When you hang these on the door they still ring your door 4 times in the morning and even open it. I had to yell 3 times to go away. Very very unprofessional. The layout of the hotel is good with the pool on the lower floor and nice maintained garden around it. We loved chilling on the grass and see the sea. The breakfast was ok, but around 10 very chaotic. 1 ‘manager’ there is very rude and unfriendly. Turning off light and turning off music at exactly 11am. So guess we eat in the dark then. We know at 11 breakfast stop, but if many people still just sit there go clear your food and leave the lights on. People are not stupid. We went out for dinner every night except 1 night we tried the buffet. I would not recommend. Very unsociable atmosphere with lights on outside that look like you’re on a building site. In Spain everyone eats late, but here you’re being looked away at 9:00h so they can start clearing and eat themselves. We did like the location and access to the beaches and amfi beach very close. The supermarket in the hotel is very convenient. Also the pool is nice and enough space when more people are in. There is a mix of people that were here. Family, kids, couples and older people. All in all we liked our vacation , but the hotel is 4 star worthy. I’m giving it a 7.5”
