“The hotel has excellent amenities and the buffet is truly 5-star, with talented chefs and a great selection of food. However, I was surprised that only a few small bottles of water were provided at check-in, with no convenient water refill stations despite the hot climate. I also found that some housekeeping and buffet staff came across as less welcoming than expected for a luxury hotel. Overall, it's a very good hotel with excellent facilities, but improving hospitality and access to drinking water would make the experience much closer to a true 5-star standard.”
