“Hotel muy limpio, como, buenos servicios. Repetiría sin duda.”

“It took some time for me to be able to access the my hotel room. The reception is only open until 2.00pm, but check in is after 3.00pm. I was not sent the codes and instruction to self check in, and it took some time for me to be able to finally gain access. Once I was in, it was fine. Good sized room, good location, the place is nice and clean. There is coffee/tea on offer in the foyer, but not much else. It works well as an inexpensive accommodation option where one is pretty much left to your own devises ”

“It's ok for a short stay. Nothing special. Small room and weak WiFi.”

“Apart from the excellent location in the old town of Bilbao, I had a terrible experience at this place. The window opens to constant oily food smell even at night. The air conditioning keeps heating up the room despite turning the temperature dial to the minimum. It was really difficult to sleep in the hot and humid room. The shower area was mouldy too.”
