“I hope Agoda can make the room description more details. For example, tub or shower. For the hotel, I suggest to provide kettle in room. More communication among staffs and system. A staff helps me make a late check out , but the next day, I need to access my card and receive a call from front desk to ask about my check out. Also, what I request for my room, hotel staffs haven't read about it. Just try to make an arrangement on that day. Breakfast is good, bed is nice . ”

“The single room looked out onto a side street where I could see people working in office as late into the evening, so no privacy. In late April, the air-conditioning system has not been turned on yet and my room was oppressively hot. There was no dehumidifier in the bathroom and everything was damp and clammy. The room was furnished in old world, wooden veneer pieces and lack charm. But the worst part was the bed which was hard as a rock and yet sagging in the middle at the same time. It definitely needed to be replaced. Considering when I paid for this hotel, it being one of the most expensive during my trip to Portugal and Spain, I would not consider it good value for money at all. And I would not stay there again.”
