We went here 10 days. We had a good time but this hotel is not 5 star worthy. We had the 1 bedroom suite. The room was pretty worn out in terms of furniture and overall cleaning. Airco had a mold smell and the refrigerator smelled like something had died in there. The amount of space was nice though. Bed much too soft. Never had a bed this soft. Why do you have ‘do not disturb’ cards ? When you hang these on the door they still ring your door 4 times in the morning and even open it. I had to yell 3 times to go away. Very very unprofessional. The layout of the hotel is good with the pool on the lower floor and nice maintained garden around it. We loved chilling on the grass and see the sea. The breakfast was ok, but around 10 very chaotic. 1 ‘manager’ there is very rude and unfriendly. Turning off light and turning off music at exactly 11am. So guess we eat in the dark then. We know at 11 breakfast stop, but if many people still just sit there go clear your food and leave the lights on. People are not stupid. We went out for dinner every night except 1 night we tried the buffet. I would not recommend. Very unsociable atmosphere with lights on outside that look like you’re on a building site. In Spain everyone eats late, but here you’re being looked away at 9:00h so they can start clearing and eat themselves. We did like the location and access to the beaches and amfi beach very close. The supermarket in the hotel is very convenient. Also the pool is nice and enough space when more people are in. There is a mix of people that were here. Family, kids, couples and older people. All in all we liked our vacation , but the hotel is 4 star worthy. I’m giving it a 7.5

Es un hotel pequeño y bastante tranquilo, todas las habitaciones tienen vistas al mar y a la piscina, las piscinas están cristalinas de limpias y buena temperatura, recomiendo.

My son and I really enjoyed our stay here. The outdoor facilities are lovely, and everything was sparkling clean. We would stay here again for sure. The staff were super helpful in every way and very friendly. Just a small issue but despite flagging a couple of days in advance that we would welcome some non dairy options for breakfast they took a couple of days after our arrival to sort this out. However they did their best and once we had told them in person they did their absolute best to obtain non dairy milk, spread and yoghurt. Minor inconvenience was the fact that not all the electrical sockets in either of our bedrooms were working. Otherwise could not have been better.

L'hôtel est superbe! L'emplacement, la vue, l'ascenseur avec la vue panoramique etc... Nous avons eu une suite junior au RdC et on l’a bien appréciée. Les points positifs de l’hôtel: Coin cuisine - La cuisine sert beaucoup quand on a un enfant de 2 ans. Vue sur la mer - même si on était au RdC, on avait la vue sur la baie. On avait l’accès direct sur le jardin de l'hôtel. L'équipement de la terrasse pour un repas et pour se reposer. L’emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. Il y a un mini-market au RdC de l’hôtel - c’est très pratique. Le petit déjeuner et le service apporté par le personnel du petit déjeuner. Si on cherche un petit défaut : peut-être le restaurant de l’hôtel au dernier étage. Rapport qualité du service/prix... Leur sourire est là, mais il faut assurer le service... attente trop longue, il y a eu des erreurs, les serveurs doivent mieux communiquer entre eux...:-). Ou bien, peut-être que vu qu’on avait commandé uniquement des plats principaux (pas d'entrée) et pas de bouteille de vin, mais juste en verre que notre « table » n'était pas « intéressante » pour les serveurs :-). Nous avons beaucoup plus apprécié les serveurs et serveuses du petit déjeuner. Ils étaient très accueillants et très respectueux. On les remercie. En tout cas, nous, on reviendra et on re-réservera notre petite suite junior.
