“ A big thanks to the staff at Lexington hotel especially the front desk for the morning that I arrive at 5:30 in the morning when check-in was at three and they were so allowed me to check in without charging me for early check-in so thank you very much cause I was driving along way”

“I booked via Agonda so the payment will be completed in advance to avoid the Employees to have issues with checking in. This is the first time that I had employees having issues with checking in, they called me because the staff said the room wasn't charge -this is the issue I am avoiding and I hope you make sure everything is good. ”

“The resort itself was gorgeous and the price spent through Agoda was good, although this is the second time I’ve used Agoda to book my hotel at Ceasars Windsor and despite paying more than the cheapest rate for a King Bed, River view, upon arrival I am given a low level room with no view. This is the second time this has happened at this destination. Upsetting that the premium paid to Agoda doesn’t get transmitted to the booking staff on site; I was told I had booked the cheapest room despite having showed them my booking confirmation. I want to reinstate, the resort itself is gorgeous and very clean and well appointed, but Agoda I am dissatisfied with, especially considering how much money I spend annually through them, being a platinum member. ”
