“C'était tranquille et on a bien dormi. Je dois admettre que le plancher était sale, mes bas blancs sont devenus noir assez rapidement 😕. Mais dans l'ensemble c'était bien !”

“Enjoyed our stay here but the Kingsize Executive Bedroom. bathroom & closet were smaller than normal. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is good but I prefer bacon instead of sausages. ”

“Had a wonderful time. Staff are lovely and genuinely want to help you have a great time. My only wish is if they had a more spa treaments like Sauna and Cold Plunge. Steam room is nice but it's always more relaxing when you can shift from hot/cold and get a good sweat in the sauna. Other than that it was great.”

“Unfortunately due to renewals, the breakfast was very limited and they could not provide non-dairy product e.g. soyamilk or oats milk and also no proper safe boxes for PCs or similar. The hotel only had a Tiny safe boxes in the reception area for pocket wallets and this I thought is not sufficient. otherwise the staff were very helpful/kind.”

“please dont stay here !!!!!!! first time there - crackheads beside us very loud singing outside at 3 am - called front desk 4 times wouldnt do ANYTHING - paid over *** dollars told them when I checked out she (owner) told me nothing - confimed that night manager should have done something - that doesnt help me - she advised the crackheads were outside that night and they would be staying another night - i asked for a refund as we did not sleep The images for this hotel are misleading and it is in serious disrepair. We got there and the sheets and blanket were dirty and they were put out when we asked for fresh ones. The bathroom is crumbling the shower curtain was ripping and the hairdryer was in outside the bathroom. There were no outlets available for things like plugging in our cell phones, no clock to set an alarm, and every outlet there was whas over loaded with plugs or a power bar. Finally found one outlet behing the bed so we went to thestore to get multi plug extension so we could plug in our phones. We booked a king and there was no way it was a king but since the matress had no support we ended up rolling into the middle all night. The room was greezing and because the AC was a window unit and it was so high we couldn't change the tempature. The baseboard heaters were falling off the walls and somehow I have 5 mysterious bites on my ankles. Next time we are in Burlington we will stay anywhere else or sleep in our car before staying here again. called about water temp which was cold - luke warm should have refunded stayed jan 22 ”

“The staff at the reception desk was not very welcoming. As we entered the hotel, the front desk staff saw us, but did not greet us immediately and continued with their own conversation instead. Upon confirming our reservation, the staff quickly shoved the card machine in my face and prompted me to insert my card to take a $50 deposit. Only when I asked what it was for did she explain. It would be better if the staff could explain briefly first before taking deposit. The room is old and dated. I understand there is renovation going on until June 2025 to update the hotel. The cleaning products used to clean the rooms smelled similar to the ones used to clean public washrooms. The entire room smelled like the pink soap used in public washrooms. So in general the room did not smell pleasant. The breakfast area was kept clean. The staff constantly looked after the food area and wiped the counters. However the food was not good. Mainly, it is left out for too long in the chafing dish. The french toast was hard. The scrambled eggs also had a weird texture. ”
