“The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. One standout feature was the hotel’s use of a robot to deliver room service, which was a unique and convenient touch. This added an extra level of service that I really appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel.”

“The staff at the reception desk was not very welcoming. As we entered the hotel, the front desk staff saw us, but did not greet us immediately and continued with their own conversation instead. Upon confirming our reservation, the staff quickly shoved the card machine in my face and prompted me to insert my card to take a $50 deposit. Only when I asked what it was for did she explain. It would be better if the staff could explain briefly first before taking deposit. The room is old and dated. I understand there is renovation going on until June 2025 to update the hotel. The cleaning products used to clean the rooms smelled similar to the ones used to clean public washrooms. The entire room smelled like the pink soap used in public washrooms. So in general the room did not smell pleasant. The breakfast area was kept clean. The staff constantly looked after the food area and wiped the counters. However the food was not good. Mainly, it is left out for too long in the chafing dish. The french toast was hard. The scrambled eggs also had a weird texture. ”

“We have been staying at the Admiral Inn for over 6 years now. Unfortunately we have witness some decline in housekeeping. In the last 2 years , not sure why, we have experienced some neglect in housekeeping.In the room. This is our second time finding the toilet. And the shower, especially the tub, not clean. There were soap scum rings on the bathtub. Told the front office and they came and cleaned it, but it should have been cleaned in the first place. It seems like housekeeping is not doing the job properly or completely. We also did not have a blanket in the closet as an extra. Also, the quality of the continental breakfast is falling. My wife and I have discussed staying somewhere else. But this place is in the ideal location for us and parking is free. So it will be a tough loss to lose this hotel. As a place to stay.”

“Had a wonderful time. Staff are lovely and genuinely want to help you have a great time. My only wish is if they had a more spa treaments like Sauna and Cold Plunge. Steam room is nice but it's always more relaxing when you can shift from hot/cold and get a good sweat in the sauna. Other than that it was great.”
