Good roo.m Size and good location very helpful staff

Upon entering the room I noticed a very fresh smell, I was quite impressed. ....... that's the only thing I was impressed with. The main light didn't turn on. Out of the three lamps two work. One of the lights bulbs in the bathroom is melted looking. There was evidence that the room may not have been deeply cleaned between person and myself stays. This assumption became Crystal clear along with how clean the room actually was the next morning, when I garbage underneath the bed, random garbage behind the TV, mail on top of the refrigeration system, and items in the fridge itself. I found a few short corse hairs on the towels that were left in the bathroom. The room was incredibly Dusty overall. the baseboards haven't been vacuumed nor deep cleaned in years. I wore white socks and just walking around in the morning for an hour getting ready for my event they turned brown from the grime on the floor. For the price that I paid I went in understanding I was not going to get a certain standard and I went in fully understanding that i should expected mix matched furniture, maybe a little bit of an older bed, an older style. I'll give you the cigarette burns on the curtains. I'll even give you the three pillows for two people. And the walls that look like they've been prepared by a blind person who doesn't understand how to mud or tape a wall. Heck I'll even be okay with the fact that the phone was a prop it wasn't connected to itself let alone a cord. But as a standard of respect i 100 % was expecting at least for it to be cleaned properly.

please dont stay here !!!!!!! first time there - crackheads beside us very loud singing outside at 3 am - called front desk 4 times wouldnt do ANYTHING - paid over *** dollars told them when I checked out she (owner) told me nothing - confimed that night manager should have done something - that doesnt help me - she advised the crackheads were outside that night and they would be staying another night - i asked for a refund as we did not sleep The images for this hotel are misleading and it is in serious disrepair. We got there and the sheets and blanket were dirty and they were put out when we asked for fresh ones. The bathroom is crumbling the shower curtain was ripping and the hairdryer was in outside the bathroom. There were no outlets available for things like plugging in our cell phones, no clock to set an alarm, and every outlet there was whas over loaded with plugs or a power bar. Finally found one outlet behing the bed so we went to thestore to get multi plug extension so we could plug in our phones. We booked a king and there was no way it was a king but since the matress had no support we ended up rolling into the middle all night. The room was greezing and because the AC was a window unit and it was so high we couldn't change the tempature. The baseboard heaters were falling off the walls and somehow I have 5 mysterious bites on my ankles. Next time we are in Burlington we will stay anywhere else or sleep in our car before staying here again. called about water temp which was cold - luke warm should have refunded stayed jan 22

crackheads next to us - up all night didnt sleep at all - told mangement 4 times nothing done plow truck comes thru at 4 am didnt feel safe as crackheads outside door and door doesnt latch properly please dont stay here asked for refund mangement wouldnt stayed jan 22

It’s a very bad accommodation,dirty, We booked 2 nights but I have to move after a night even if no refund but we didn’t sleep 😴,our beds was like were used by other guests and no cleaning! Nothing is ok here
