“１泊目は一人、２泊目３泊目は娘と二人で滞在しました。窓からの眺めのリクエストにも答えていただきました。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで朝食がとても美味しかったです。一緒に泊まった方との朝食での会話も楽しいものでした。朝早いチェックアウトにはmeal boxを用意してくれました。歴史のある建物に泊まれてWindsorの歴史にも触れることが出来ました。これまでに泊まったB＆Bの中で最高だったと言えます。ここに泊まるためにぜひまたWindsorを訪れたいと思います。”

“The resort itself was gorgeous and the price spent through Agoda was good, although this is the second time I’ve used Agoda to book my hotel at Ceasars Windsor and despite paying more than the cheapest rate for a King Bed, River view, upon arrival I am given a low level room with no view. This is the second time this has happened at this destination. Upsetting that the premium paid to Agoda doesn’t get transmitted to the booking staff on site; I was told I had booked the cheapest room despite having showed them my booking confirmation. I want to reinstate, the resort itself is gorgeous and very clean and well appointed, but Agoda I am dissatisfied with, especially considering how much money I spend annually through them, being a platinum member. ”

“4 grey single sofas with peeled plastic over them in the lobby are the impression this hotel intends. 4 new single sofas furbished with bright green fabrics surround grey sofas and TV. L-shaped 3-storey hotel building and an adjacent old high-rise apartment building complete a U-shape. Agoda offers many other hotels in Windsor with better functionality/price ratios. But this location is at the door step of a Buddhist temple, which is the reason I stay here from Mar 4-6, Mar 16-27. I arrived after midnight of Mar 4-5, via VIA rail. I was not able to book through the hotel's designated membership platform after midnight. But Agoda allowed me to make the reservation on the spot, thank God! Breakfast is decent, with tasty warm food selections, refreshing juice and fruit selections. The chef even made a pancake for me with lots of maple syrup on it. Not sure about the front desk service standard. ”
