“There is no elevator in the hotel. They take 100$ as insurance cover, if there is nothing ruined in the room they pay it back”

“We were visiting the U of Windsor ...very close by ...so good location for us .. we had one of the suites .. king bed and a double bed and a sofa bed room was dated and on the rough side but all good and an OK price .. free breakfast was ok .. good AC in room .. We would stay again if visiting Windsor Ontario .. Regards .. Mike ”

“Hotel was packed when we stayed here. We didn’t know there was a kids hockey tournament going on. Pool was cold. Room was nice tho and free breakfast and parking. ”

“4 grey single sofas with peeled plastic over them in the lobby are the impression this hotel intends. 4 new single sofas furbished with bright green fabrics surround grey sofas and TV. L-shaped 3-storey hotel building and an adjacent old high-rise apartment building complete a U-shape. Agoda offers many other hotels in Windsor with better functionality/price ratios. But this location is at the door step of a Buddhist temple, which is the reason I stay here from Mar 4-6, Mar 16-27. I arrived after midnight of Mar 4-5, via VIA rail. I was not able to book through the hotel's designated membership platform after midnight. But Agoda allowed me to make the reservation on the spot, thank God! Breakfast is decent, with tasty warm food selections, refreshing juice and fruit selections. The chef even made a pancake for me with lots of maple syrup on it. Not sure about the front desk service standard. ”

“It was a great hotel, right down town where a lot is in walking distance. The only downside was with the hot weather. The AC was not as strong as our last hotel and the room would heat up quite often when we were inside.”
