The following issues significantly impacted the overall experience: * TV Malfunction: The TV in the room was not functioning properly. * Faulty Coffee Machine: The coffee machine in the room required replacement due to a malfunction. * Desk Phone Replacement: A request was made to the reception for an engineer to change the desk phone, as it was not working. * Missed Ultra All-Inclusive Upgrade Explanation: During the stay, the trainer failed to inform us about the ultra all-inclusive upgrade option. Instead, she discussed the cost per person for dinner or lunch. * Sashaya Restaurant Information Absence: The reception staff was unaware of the Sashaya restaurant, and no contact number was provided. * Lack of Toiletry Change: The shower gel was not replaced during the stay. * Missing Toiletries: Toothpaste and earbuds were not provided. * Reception Unresponsiveness: Multiple attempts to contact the reception were met with no answer. In one instance, I was put on hold indefinitely, citing an emergency call. * Late Check-In Experience: The late check-in process was delayed, and the hospitality did not meet the expectations associated with the Hilton and DoubleTree brand. * Disrespectful Departure Letter: A letter was received, asking me to vacate before 12, threatening a 50% charge or a full night's charge, despite the late check-in. I feel compelled to share these concerns, hoping that you consider them seriously to enhance the overall guest experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Marjan Island.”

“I will not call the building nor the unit a luxury. The room was clean, small, bathroom was very small. Upon check in, we took the service lift to the 7th floor which smelled so bad! The gym and the pool area are not well maintained, seeing the pool, we never attempted to swim, we went to the beach instead. The staff on the other hand are the best, helpful and friendly. ”

“Got building view instead of sea view as mentioned while booking. Small queen size bed instead of king size. Main restaurant, super breeze was closed, no proper restaurants around. Bathroom Ceiling leakage. Main TV channels not working. Wouldn't recommend this studio to anyone. Agoda should atleast say the reality at the time of booking. There was nothing breathtaking about the studio. ”

“We was stay this room before on December report about bed bug and got answer they did pest control every 6 month so we try to stay and again repeat same problem with sent pictures and no response, I not recommend this ”
