“The staff from the moment you arrive, where all friendly, obliging and efficient. The hotel is fairly new and the decor and comfort of the rooms and bathrooms are excellent. There was an excellent variety for all three meals in The Market, buffet menu. However over a three day stay, we noticed that some dishes maybe recycled. The quality and preparation of the food was very good. The facilities and activities available for both adults and children are excellent. The pool and area around it is small and I would expect it to be very crowded, when the occupancy is high. Unfortunately the beach had alot of slimy sea grass, which made swimming in the beach unpleasant, no fault of the hotel, although they attempted to remove it on a daily basis. Overall I would highly recommend the hotel.”

“I came to this place in 28/ October/ 2025 for two nights to celebrate my anniversary with my wife and my son and it turned out to nightmare really bad experience .. before this i was contacting the property for 2 weeks with no response through their registered email in their page and registered phone number.. nobody answered and when i arrived i received Villa with broken bed and broken Sofa and i shared those photos with them and still no respond beside this im having difficulty to connect to the wifi because the password shown in the villa is wrong and i still contact any body to fix all those issues .. the bed is uncomfortable to sleep on i woke up in the morning with body pain its hard bed mattress.. i really have many things more to tell but whatever they dont care they will just collect your money and ignore you.. if you want safe trip for your family and to enjoy based on my experience this is not the place look for somewhere else”
