“The staff from the moment you arrive, where all friendly, obliging and efficient. The hotel is fairly new and the decor and comfort of the rooms and bathrooms are excellent. There was an excellent variety for all three meals in The Market, buffet menu. However over a three day stay, we noticed that some dishes maybe recycled. The quality and preparation of the food was very good. The facilities and activities available for both adults and children are excellent. The pool and area around it is small and I would expect it to be very crowded, when the occupancy is high. Unfortunately the beach had alot of slimy sea grass, which made swimming in the beach unpleasant, no fault of the hotel, although they attempted to remove it on a daily basis. Overall I would highly recommend the hotel.”

“I came to this place in 28/ October/ 2025 for two nights to celebrate my anniversary with my wife and my son and it turned out to nightmare really bad experience .. before this i was contacting the property for 2 weeks with no response through their registered email in their page and registered phone number.. nobody answered and when i arrived i received Villa with broken bed and broken Sofa and i shared those photos with them and still no respond beside this im having difficulty to connect to the wifi because the password shown in the villa is wrong and i still contact any body to fix all those issues .. the bed is uncomfortable to sleep on i woke up in the morning with body pain its hard bed mattress.. i really have many things more to tell but whatever they dont care they will just collect your money and ignore you.. if you want safe trip for your family and to enjoy based on my experience this is not the place look for somewhere else”

“Genuinely a wonderful resort. Immaculately maintained - serene and highly recommended It’s hard to find a bad thing to say about this hotel”

“룸 컨디션 좋고, 시설도 좋습니다. 다만 리셉션에서 옆건물로 방들이 배치되어 있어서 동선이 비효율적이라고 느꼈는데, 이건 넓어서 그런 것 같아요. 조식은 평범했지만 잘 쉬다 왔습니다. ”

“The hotel offers good value for money, but there isn’t much to do within the hotel. There also aren’t many staff members managing the facilities, so young children often came into the gym to play. Also, the game room had no staff and was always messy.”

“A flawless experience at the RC Al Hamra in RAK. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every interaction, every facility, every experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff are so hospitable and they went above and beyond to make us feel as though we were the only guests on the property. Everything was so personable. The room was stunning, and the sheer amount of space and privacy blew me away. ”
