아난타라 미나 라스 알 카이마 리조트

Genuinely a wonderful resort. Immaculately maintained - serene and highly recommended It’s hard to find a bad thing to say about this hotel

I did not get the cake as requested in the comments, that was not nice from them

The review is very bad. I have stayed at this hotel chain in Singapore, Thailand, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi, and all of them were excellent. Unfortunately, the Ras Al Khaimah branch was the only disappointing one. The problem was not the hotel itself, but the staff. During check-in, the hotel staff did not explain the location of my room. I was left to find my way on my own, including locating the elevator and going to my room without any assistance and During check-out, I was waiting in line, and when it was finally my turn, the staff member closed the counter and walked away, even though he clearly saw me waiting. I kindly suggest that the management provide proper customer service training to the staff to ensure more polite and respectful interactions with guests.

Our stay at Anantara Mina Al Arab was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking beauty and the serene atmosphere of the resort. The cleanliness of the entire property, especially the rooms, is absolutely immaculate—everything was spotless, fresh, and maintained to the highest luxury standards. What truly sets this resort apart is its incredible team. The staff and management go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and valued. Their genuine warmth, professionalism, and quick attentiveness to every detail made our stay unforgettable. If you are looking for a perfect, luxurious getaway with world-class service and pristine cleanliness, this is the place to be. We highly recommend it and will definitely keep it on our list for future luxury stays! Thank you, Anantara team, for your amazing hospitality!

The room is brilliant, really top notch. Food was good not great. Definitely expected more options for the buffet breakfast than were available. The adult only pool was great as it was peaceful. The ice bath was good, though other properties also tend to have this. However, I would not come back to this property. There are several more at this price point which are better and give more of a return on the investment. Someone wants a most peaceful and calm break maybe yes. But still...for me I wouldn't come back even for this.
