소/ 라스 알 카이마 호텔 & 리조트

The staff from the moment you arrive, where all friendly, obliging and efficient. The hotel is fairly new and the decor and comfort of the rooms and bathrooms are excellent. There was an excellent variety for all three meals in The Market, buffet menu. However over a three day stay, we noticed that some dishes maybe recycled. The quality and preparation of the food was very good. The facilities and activities available for both adults and children are excellent. The pool and area around it is small and I would expect it to be very crowded, when the occupancy is high. Unfortunately the beach had alot of slimy sea grass, which made swimming in the beach unpleasant, no fault of the hotel, although they attempted to remove it on a daily basis. Overall I would highly recommend the hotel.

This was my fifth stay at SO/ Ras Al Khaimah, and once again, it exceeded all my expectations. Every time I visit, I discover something new, and that's what makes this resort so special. From the smooth check-in to the seamless check-out, every member of the team made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The level of hospitality and attention to detail is truly exceptional. The dining experience is outstanding. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets offer an incredible variety of fresh and delicious food, with something for everyone. The quality and presentation are always excellent. The beach experience is one of the best I've ever had. The infinity pool, adults-only pool, and beautiful beach create the perfect atmosphere to relax. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including fresh fruit, chilled towels, refreshing facial spray, and cucumber slices for the eyes, which made every day feel luxurious. What made this stay even more unforgettable was my birthday celebration. The entire team surprised me with wonderful birthday decorations in my room, creating such a beautiful and thoughtful setup. Later, they surprised me again by the pool, where everyone came together to celebrate and congratulate me. It was such a heartfelt gesture that made me feel truly special, and it's a memory I will always cherish. A very special thank you to Mr. Yusuf, Chef Ashkin, Hikmet, Mustafa, Harry, Arun, Karim, Arnold, and Kushal for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. Your dedication and genuine care are what make guests want to return again and again. Thank you to the entire SO/ Ras Al Khaimah team for another unforgettable stay. I can't wait to come back for my sixth visit. I highly recommend this beautiful resort to anyone looking for exceptional service, luxury, and unforgettable memories.

Just wrapped up the perfect weekend escape at SO/ Ras Al Khaimah Hotel 🌊 and I’m still thinking about it. From the moment we arrived, the food and service set the tone — consistently outstanding, warm, and attentive without being overbearing. The buffet is amazing, with so much variety and everything fresh and beautifully presented. Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted, and the team always seemed one step ahead of what we needed. The beach experience is where this place really shines. It’s not just a lounger and a towel — it’s full-service amenities the whole time. Staff come by to clean your sunglasses, serve fresh seasonal fruits, and bring cold-pressed juices right to your spot. You genuinely don’t have to lift a finger. Spent most afternoons between Cabini Pool Bar and Great music, even better drinks, and that relaxed vibe that makes you lose track of time. The hospitality and attention to detail made the stay feel personal and effortless. You turned a great weekend into an unforgettable one.
