액션 호텔 라스 알 카이마

The front desk and restaurant staff were super nice. The cleaning staff were polite and nice too just that they did not do a very good job of cleaning. The carpets were dirty, floors not swept, tables not dusted etc. I think this would be a really good, budget friendly hotel if they improve on their cleanliness and tidiness. Good location, easy to get a taxi . Had a great stay.Thank you to all the staff !

Depending on your circumstances, this may or may not work out for you. It is close to a bus station, but that is NOT the station that long-distance transport utilises. That station is at Al Dhait & is about 6 or so miles away. The room I was in was fine & everything was good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience—particularly at the Fresh restaurant. As a member of the hotel’s elite club, I am entitled to a dining discount, yet when I attempted to use it, the staff acted as though I was asking for a personal favor or begging for a reduction. Their attitude was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate (especially the man is acts like the manager) for a property that claims to offer premium service. Instead of a smooth, courteous process, I felt scrutinized and made to justify a benefit that should have been automatically recognized. This interaction overshadowed the rest of my stay and left me questioning the hotel’s commitment to valuing loyal guests. Until the staff are better trained on customer service and elite member privileges, I would hesitate to recommend this property.

Overall hotel stay is very good, but somehow seem like little overrated price if not book via agoda. They should offer some good deal for families.
