“Thank and appreciated! ”

“Well worth the price. Pity they don't take guest requests seriously though. I requested a double bed pool view. Was given a twin then changed to a double car park facing. Got woken up with massive truck traffic noise from the early hours. Could not fall asleep after.”

“Loved the place, the one thing we didn't like was our mattress (Family room, GH5) the mattress was wobbly, felt more like a water bed, but apart from that, everything was perfect 👌”

“Amazing hotel Very clean with amazing breakfast ”

“Enjoyed my stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. No noise control and can get a bit noisy. Otherwise, great food and exceptional room with functional facilities. ”

“Place was very good for me and I really enjoyed my stay especially Orlando Pirates Football Club was also there for Nedbank Cup Final ”

“The Facility was clean, well located, staff was friendly, rooms were clean. I will book my accommodation with them again.”

“The place was beautiful, clean and the staff was very friendly.”

“WITHOUT PREDJUDICE Two choices here, close and renovate or face terrible reviews. We stayed at Mercure 9 years ago. It was not half bad, now it is so dilapidated, run down and in need of serious renovation. I did not want to negatively criticise this establishment; in fact it was my intention to write a letter to the owners and inform them of the state of their establishment. As I received an Email asking me for my review, here it is. If you are half decent, avoid this place if you can. Pool was green, walls are cracking, walls need painting, supporting structure for parking collapsing, fences broken, gardens dry and dying, people carrying alcohol in vast quantities into their rooms, water flowing outside walls after flushing toilet etc etc. If the owners of this property would care to contact me, I will show you the pics I took. Think you will be shocked. We booked in, promptly booked out. To me, a room in an establishment like this, in its current state should not be marketed at the price and with the pics that show the establishment as it was a decade ago.”
