머큐어 넬스푸르트 호텔

WITHOUT PREDJUDICE Two choices here, close and renovate or face terrible reviews. We stayed at Mercure 9 years ago. It was not half bad, now it is so dilapidated, run down and in need of serious renovation. I did not want to negatively criticise this establishment; in fact it was my intention to write a letter to the owners and inform them of the state of their establishment. As I received an Email asking me for my review, here it is. If you are half decent, avoid this place if you can. Pool was green, walls are cracking, walls need painting, supporting structure for parking collapsing, fences broken, gardens dry and dying, people carrying alcohol in vast quantities into their rooms, water flowing outside walls after flushing toilet etc etc. If the owners of this property would care to contact me, I will show you the pics I took. Think you will be shocked. We booked in, promptly booked out. To me, a room in an establishment like this, in its current state should not be marketed at the price and with the pics that show the establishment as it was a decade ago.

Little bit old, and beds were uncomfortable, but very good location right next to Ilanga mall.
