“Always looking for a place outside the busy city that serves great breakfast and dinner, and ANEW is exactly that. It is close enough for a daily commute to meetings in the city, but far enough to escape the hustle. The food is excellent, and not having to drive out to find a restaurant after a long day is a massive plus. However, the rooms could do with a bit of attention. We stayed in Block D, where one of the beds in my room had a badly worn mattress (thankfully, the other one was fine). There were also some dodgy power plugs, a buzzing DB board, and a very outdated TV where the source couldn't be changed. Additionally, my colleague's aircon sounded like it was built in a WW1 factory. These are all minor maintenance issues that should be easy for management to sort out, so they aren't dealbreakers for me. I would definitely return, but I'll probably just upgrade to a better room next time.”
