“The room was satisfactory, but the bed could have been cleaner, with some overlooked details. The bathroom, in particular, needs updating as it didn't appear the cleanest, with noticeable yellow spots in creases, lacking a fresh feeling overall.”

“I recently had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the complimentary drinks and food. The breakfast offered a good variety, though the eggs were a bit on the dry side. However, the highlight was the 'Texas Waffles' – a unique touch that added the cherry on top to the experience. Overall, a great stay with some minor room for improvement in the breakfast department.”

“This was nice and easy and perfect t location. Minutes from quarry, airport. Easily checked in and front office staff was super helpful, informative and sweet! After checking in, we just went downstairs and had multiple options for dinner within walking distance! Breakfast was just enough to get some food in the kids and then head out to the zoo which was another very easy on and off hwy 281. And of course indoor pool was perfect for kids to get out some energy regardless of weather.”

“The negatives really outweigh the 2 positives. I’ll try to keep everything sweet and simple. There was a dead roach behind my bed, it was HUGE I mean it was in plain sight as well. The bathroom door did not close, the lock on it was stuck so being that 3 of us traveled together it was a little awkward when needing to use the restroom. Im not even sure how to explain this but the carpet wasn’t even on the floor correctly. There was a large excess of carpet curled like it had been layed out and not properly put on the floor and the dresser was trying to hide it. Checking in was not fun at all, when we finally got checked in we got to a room that had not been cleaned yet. The man who checked us in claimed he’s the general manager and manager? We would ask questions that would go unanswered but then he would butt into our personal convos. The saying “don’t let one bad apple spoil the bunch” really carried in terms of the front desk here. The few positives are there is some great staff,I never caught the names of the couple of women and one gentleman that we encountered, they were awesome and genuine. The outside area is really pretty. (I’m not sure if it was but the lemonade at breakfast tasted really expired) I’ve tasted bad juice before but this juice seemed VERY old, I had to spit it out. Breakfast was okay. The coffee was a day old but they changed it as soon as it was brought to their attention. All in all you’ll be better off staying here with having 0 expectations of cleanliness, it’ll save you some stress I promise. ”

“Housekeeping knocked on our door before 9 am wanting to clean. Check out at 11 am. ”

“Plus ”

“I fell asleep just before.., checkout time.. .and was awakened by a knock on the door by cleaning staff.. I apologized and said that I was not ready to check out that I had fallen asleep but was up now… i got up to pack and thought I would stay another night if able to and i had almost reached the phone, when I immediately was called and told by phone by a female, who I assume was staff, that I had overstayed my welcome and that I had to ‘Get Out… ‘ Her words.. So I checked out and left. And will never spend my money there despite the convenience or cleanliness! ”

“Excelente servicio y con buenos empleados con una atención excelente ”
