“Had a very nice stay. Only problem we had was our flight arrived at 8 am and had to sit in hotel lobby until 2 pm to get room. Hotel said the night before was sold out and needed time to clean rooms. I get it, I really do. But with a staff of 8 to 10 room cleaners, this first available room should not be 4 hours after their starting time, and if that's is the case it would be well over 24 hours to have a hotel that size ready for next day. Story does not add upp. If we could have changed the airlines arrival time we would have. Was Jerry worried about parking vandalism that was posted online but we left our car there a week and no one bothered it. Great blackout curtains and super soft bed”

“Room was nice at first, a little dated is all. One hr into our sleep I felt the itches. Got bit by a huge bedbug. Asked to switch to a different room. Switched no problem, then pulled the covers off one of the beds and then seen a nice size roach scatter off. Just gross for a hotel. Then they wont consider a refund if you booked third party. ”
