“We booked a room for 3 people and no blanket for our teen. We checked in closet where they are usually and nothing there. We asked for one and was told there should be one in closet. Never got a blanket. We read that there will be a full fridge so got drinks and sherbet ice cream, but once we got to our room the fridge was hot so we told the receptionist and hours went by no one ever came. Ice cream melted. There is no ice machine because our fridge is has an ice maker, but it makes 4 pieces of ice every 6 hours. This is our first night. Still haven’t had anything we asked for. ”

“Good location and nice staff. Be aware on weekend this will likely be full of families with kids that spill cereal all over floor at breakfast and take over the 2 waffle machines. Impossible to peacefully get breakfast on weekend after 7am. Our bathroom was falling apart, the tiles sinking into the floor and it felt like at any moment the whole floor could cave into the floor beneath us. Also since a lot of families stay here, be aware of possibly obnoxious kids banging on walls or down hallways. Management was responsive to complaints (literally 3am the kids were banging on walls and running around wild in their rooms). ”

“Booked because pictures looked amazing, when I arrived, had to change rooms, room was dirty and second room was humid, only 1 elevator working at the time, Pool was crowded. Only great thing about my stay was the hotel buffet breakfast. ”
