“Roaches and the heater didn't work...no hot water ”

“Staff were very nice at check-in and check-out. Room was good and exactly what I needed for a one-night stay on a business trip.”

“Floors are not mopped, simply dust mopped. Roach infested. Approached the staff 4 times about such problems and never was it handled. I even spoke to a manager and he ignored the issue and never got back with me regarding this matter. I had been staying there since Jan of this year and due to my house burning down, I would've stayed longer. But, instead, got a studio apt to avoid the infestation. I contacted their corporate office but they simply stated that they would refer it back to its location manager. Nothing has been resolved. I dont recommend it when you have roaches crawling up your leg or baby ones running across your arms and face when laying in bed or asleep. So No to recommending this facility.”

“Smelled musty and faintly of cigarette smoke. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I am super allergic to mold, so although I am unexpectedly staying longer in town, I am changing hotels. It wasn't the worst place I've stayed but it's not going to be a repeat. ”

“The price is great. Rooms are very good sized. Restrooms were clean and good sized too. Staff was friendly but seemed tired and maybe lied to a lot. Towels were clean. Personal Note: Some stolen items showed up on the property and staff didn't help to return. Stalker situation with their nastiness popped up. Stank of old apartments trying to ruin a good place to stay. ”
