Floors are not mopped, simply dust mopped. Roach infested. Approached the staff 4 times about such problems and never was it handled. I even spoke to a manager and he ignored the issue and never got back with me regarding this matter. I had been staying there since Jan of this year and due to my house burning down, I would've stayed longer. But, instead, got a studio apt to avoid the infestation. I contacted their corporate office but they simply stated that they would refer it back to its location manager. Nothing has been resolved. I dont recommend it when you have roaches crawling up your leg or baby ones running across your arms and face when laying in bed or asleep. So No to recommending this facility.
