“We have stayed at this Expressway location several times over a few years. We’ve always found it to be clean and the included breakfast options are very good. Friendly and helpful staff!”

“The location was perfect easy driving access to stores, and the facilities offered a range of amenities that made the stay comfortable. The rooms were cleaned well maintained bathrooms. Friendly staff added to the positive experience. Kids enjoy the splashers area so much. And with a new free breakfast for all guests was amazing, making this stay an excellent choice overall. ”

“Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately you can hear every step above you as if they were stomping so get a high floor to avoid this!! Front desk staff were polite. Breakfast was okay. Something tasted off with the waffles compared to other free breakfast locations but not the end of the world. It was nice having a pool and hot tub. Unfortunately there was no fitness center. Lots of parking. Convenient location ”

“Our only concern was cleanliness. Some parts of the carpet was wet and felt damp. Smells like wet carpet. Remote control was disgusting, it was dirty and had very sticky residue. The microwave was dirty as well and was not cleaned. ”

“Hotel is in a good location if you are attending an event at Alerus or the University. Close to 29 as well as shopping/eating establishments. Only issue I encountered was that I couldn't seem to get my room warmed up above 68.”
