“Noot sure what the relationship is between Agoda and this property but don't take it out on the guest, each stay we got crappy rooms, first stay room wasn't cleaned at and the person at the front desk begruginlgy put us in a different room, the hotel was nearly vacant but they didn't have the maid staff to do the cleaning. The continental breakfast was awful, not nearly as good as it had been in the past. The carpet in the downstair hallway near the lobby was pulled up in many places. They used to have good beds but as they age they are being replaced with something with lesser quality and comfort. They also allow semitrucks and other big constructions trucks to park in the back with the vehicle running all night. There computer was down but not identified and they said they were waiting for a part, they didn'tlift a finger to ask ifthey could help with anything. The only friendly staff person was Thomas otherwise they would not acknowledge you.”

“Our only concern was cleanliness. Some parts of the carpet was wet and felt damp. Smells like wet carpet. Remote control was disgusting, it was dirty and had very sticky residue. The microwave was dirty as well and was not cleaned. ”

“Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately you can hear every step above you as if they were stomping so get a high floor to avoid this!! Front desk staff were polite. Breakfast was okay. Something tasted off with the waffles compared to other free breakfast locations but not the end of the world. It was nice having a pool and hot tub. Unfortunately there was no fitness center. Lots of parking. Convenient location ”

“Staff were wonderful during our visit and during booking. There was a lot of ice frozen on the sidewalks and I requested them to salt it so that none of us tripped and they had it done within five minutes!”
