“After I got checked in, i walked into a room that beds weren't even made n the bathroom was dirty with dirty towels. And the room I actually got put in. I had to keep going to the office to get them renewed my keys, still wasn't able too. I finally got in. I Barely got any sleep because there was a strange man knocking on my door at 2oclock am. ”

“I almost always have really good experiences with Ramada in Bismarck this was the one time that I didn't. I wasn't able to take a shower because there was no hot water coming out of the shower at all. I think the toilet might have been stuck on because it kept running all night. Usually you end up with a cold water because of that, but for whatever reason we only had hot water in our shower. The manager working that evening was really nice and had said the maintenance guy was coming up at 7:00 a.m. unfortunately he never did. My only complaint was the manager working on Sunday morning at the front desk was extremely rude to me when I brought the issue up after I packed us up and was leaving I stopped by the front desk. ”

“Cleaning every 3rd day, but full price. Cleaning on request worked once. Second time only fresh towels and they forgot to close the door. Came back in the evening and the door was unlocked.”

“Room was very clean and spacious, which was nice with having a toddler. Pool area was kept very clean and tidy even though it was very busy. Same with the breakfast area, the attendant was so nice and on top of keeping tables and everything clean! Definitely one of our nicest stays we’ve had lately!”
