“Good clean hotel, lovely room and nice location but not really walking distance to Funchal old town. ”

“I can only recommend, the staff is very professional and friendly, facilitates are bit dated but it’s clean and has everything you need, the location is top and the view..yes I can only recommend xx”

“Needs renovating in places but really big accom. Would recommend.”

“Comfortable, quiet, delicious choice of foods at the half-board buffets. Great location. Friendly staff Excellent value.”

“We booked a room with balcony and they gave us a room at ground level But when we found that the a/c was not working "suddenly" they discover another room at first floor The employee at the front desk was not helpful at all Breakfast was great , very clean room and superb location near taverns and restaurants . The breakfast and restaurant view was outstanding If you want anything such boiler or iron or safety box or anything else you have to rent it by day for 1 euro which doesn't much with the hotel profile with apartments ”

“The hotel was amazing! 10/10 would stay there again. The pools was lovely, great environment and entertainment. Lots of things to do around the hotel and outside of hotel. Rooms thoroughly cleaned everyday and looked amazing. Only downside id say is that the staff seemed quite miserable, didn’t see anyone smiling or welcoming, some seemed like they couldn’t be bothered to communicate with us when we needed them for anything. ”

“VUE SUR PARKING ET ROUTE ...L HOTEL EST BEAU ET BIEN AMENAGE MAIS PROPOSE UNE CHAMBRE SUPERIEURE AVEC VUE SUR LE PARKING ET LA ROUTE..PLOMBE UN PEU L AMBIANCE .. la marche qui mène a la salle de bain gagnerait a être signalé ..manque d espace vert ou de terrasse malgré la situation en campagne.”

“We had a pool view room with direct entrance into the garden which was lovely. Great all-inclusive deal including drinks/cocktails!”
